Job description

Job Title: Mortgage Operations Processor
Overview:As a Mortgage Operations Processor you will perform a variety of duties, both clerical andtechnical. Your focus will be coordinating the processing of mortgage loanfiles for completeness and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Day in the Life -
Every day you'll help ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process byreviewing new loan files for completeness, gathering and organizing requireddocumentation, and preparing files for underwriting. You'll coordinateappraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other required documentationwhile working closely with mortgage loan originators, underwriters, and otherpartners to meet established service level expectations. You'll also clearunderwriting conditions, prepare Loan Estimate disclosures as needed, and playa key role in helping loans move successfully from application to closing.
What it Takes:To qualify for this role, you'll need to have stronganalytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability tobuild positive working relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Previous mortgage lending experience is preferred, and familiarity with theEncompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is a plus.
