Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (On Site / In-Person)

Schedule: Weekdays, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 8 hours per day)

Position Overview:

GrowToPro Staffing is seeking reliable and professional foreign language speakers to support Air Force training exercises. This is a part-time, on-call opportunity for individuals who enjoy interactive environments and want to contribute to meaningful military preparedness training.

Selected candidates will participate in structured role-play scenarios as either a foreign commander or interpreter. These exercises help Air Force students prepare for real-world deployment situations by exposing them to different cultural, communication, and operational scenarios they may encounter overseas.

This is a fun, engaging, and educational role in a safe and supervised training environment.

Schedule & Commitment:

On-call position: 2 to 3 days per month

Possible increase in frequency in the future based on training needs

Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)

Schedule provided 2 to 3 weeks in advance

Hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 8 hours per day)

Compensation

$20 – $25 per hour (1099 contractor)

Rate depends on experience and language proficiency

Languages Needed:

We are actively seeking speakers of the following languages:

  • Arabic

  • Afghan languages (Dari / Pashto)

  • Turkish

  • Russian

  • Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

  • French

  • German

All other languages are welcome except Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
