The Global Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the strategic execution, optimization, and performance scaling of paid digital campaigns across international markets.

This role goes beyond campaign management — it owns multi-country activation strategy, localized messaging alignment, budget allocation across regions, and performance optimization across Google, Meta, and additional digital platforms. It works directly with our paid media AOR.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical platform expertise with multilingual capabilities (French, German, and Spanish) to quality support campaign localization, ad copy validation, and cross-market performance insights.

This position plays a key role in driving qualified lead volume, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS) across global territories.

This role is full time and onsite in our office in Louisville, CO. (Not remote)

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 (Commensurate with experience and global scope)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, ship, and manage multi-country campaigns via agency partners across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Additional relevant paid channels as needed
  • Develop localized campaign structures aligned to regional goals and metrics
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup (GA4, GTM, conversion events, offline conversion imports)
  • Oversee language localization of ad copy and messaging (French, German, Spanish), ensuring cultural and regulatory alignment
  • Manage budget allocation across markets based on performance and growth opportunity
2. Performance Optimization & Scaling
  • Monitor daily performance across global accounts and proactively optimize toward:
    • CTR
    • Conversion Rate
    • CPA
    • ROAS
    • LTV
    • And other digital media metrics
  • Serve as the strategist for structured A/B testing across:
    • Creative
    • Ad copy
    • Landing pages (in collaboration with CRO/web team)
    • Audience segmentation
  • Identify cross-market insights and replicate winning strategies across regions
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while eliminating inefficient spend
  • Develop performance forecasts and scaling roadmaps
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain global reporting dashboards
  • Present market-level insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Analyze lead quality in partnership with Sales/Operations
  • Ensure clean tracking, attribution accuracy, and data integrity
4. Cross-Functional & International Collaboration
  • Partner with Creative agency, contractors, and team to guide asset development and localization
  • Collaborate with SEO for keyword and market alignment
  • Work closely with agency teams to improve landing page performance
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align campaigns with promotions, seasonality, and territory needs
  • Act as the paid media subject-matter expert for international markets
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years hands‑on experience managing paid digital campaigns globally in key markets for France, Germany, and Spain (or US/Hispanic equivalent)
  • Experience managing multi‑country or international campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • Influencer Ads/Whitelisting
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Google Analytics 4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta
    • Online Media overall
    • Conversion tracking and attribution modeling
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K+ (or relevant global scale)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
  • Professional working proficiency in French, German, and Spanish
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for multilingual ad copy oversight
