Drive the member experience in German speaking markets and oversee the health of the German language business.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Relations, Marketing, and Content teams to support German content delivery, localization workflows, and customer support.
We are looking for a German Language Lead to drive our member experience in German speaking markets. This position is multi‑disciplinary, spanning nearly every aspect of our subscription video on demand (SVOD) business.
The ideal candidate is a German native with a strong understanding of the German cultural landscape, highly organized, self‑driven, an excellent communicator, fluent in modern AI tools, and passionate about Gaia’s content and mission of evolving the expansion of consciousness. This is an onsite role in our office in Boulder, Colorado and requires a current US visa. Must be able to work on campus in Louisville, CO. Active Gaia membership strongly preferred.
