Brathaus is located on the Woodstock Square, Woodstock IL

BratHaus is looking for Floor Assistants. This is a fast paced, fun and at times high energy position which requires extensive knowledge of our menu to ensure all customer's orders are accurate and also a clear understanding of our seating arrangements on all 3 levels and outdoor patio of our location. In addition to delivering food, turning tables and presenting them to the host(s) for next seating is required. To turn tables effectively, bussers will clear, clean, sanitize and ensure a spotless environment for our guests.

The qualified candidates should:

-study our menu and ensure a total understanding of how items are plated and know exactly how each and every item should be dressed and know what sides are included

-be able to make proper modifications as necessary

-deliver a complete and ACCURATE order

-know and understand seating charts and be able to work with modifications to ensure proper food delivery

-know how to clear, clean and sanitize

-fully support floor staff

-work well with others in both front of house and back of house

-be swift and careful

-be friendly to our guests and direct them to their server when unable to provide proper assistance

-be willing to work hard!

In addition to hourly wage, candidates will enjoy tip outs from the servers or other staff members they support. Tips are based on the level of support offered.

This is a basic overview of this position and candidates should be flexible when other duties arise.
