BratHaus is located in *Woodstock Square, 115 N Johnson St, Woodstock IL and 10310 N Main Street, Richmond (both locations are hiring cooks)

Main Responsibilities:
  • prepare workstations
  • cook according to house specifications
  • keep a tidy work station
  • work with front of house team to provide excellence in product

We are looking for experienced and skilled professionals to fill positions in our kitchen.

The ideal candidates have knowledge of a commercial kitchen and its components, are organized, detail oriented, reliable and motivated.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
  • Preparing workstations.
  • Stocking and rotating product when delivered.
  • Checking the quality of the ingredients.
  • Have a running knowledge of inventory and menu
  • Cooking and plating.
Requirements:
  • Must have prior experience as a cook.
  • Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
  • Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
