Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care in a geriatric psychiatric unit. This role involves working with a team to manage admissions and discharges, using Welsh Allen VS Machines and recording data in Meditech EMR.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform behavioral health assessments and manage patient care plans.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • BLS certification
  • CPI Certification or Calm Every Storm Certification
  • 1 year of current Behavioral Health experience
