Job description

Asistente HR Consulting se encuentra en busqueda de un Asistente de Proyectos en Departamento de IT responsable de gestionar los aspectos administrativos de los proyectos entre el cliente y la empresa, monitorear el progreso de proyecto, apoya en la programacion y coordinacion y mantiene comunicacion con los miembros del equipo y la gerencia.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asiste al gerente de proyectos en la calendarizacion de reuniones y en el manejo de llamadas con clientes existente
  • Prepara la documentacion de progreso y apoya en la planificacion cuando es necesario
  • Brinda apoyo en la coordinacion de horarios del equipo de trabajo
  • Gestiona las fechas de todos los reportes y entregables y brindando seguimiento continuo a los mismos
  • Coordina de manera efectiva los esfuerzos de soporte y atencion al cliente al cliente, asegurando la eficiencia y satisfaccion.
  • Reconcilia reportes y los prepara para su entrega al gerente.
  • Proporciona informes semanales de estado y progreso de los proyectos.
  • Revisa todos los Timesheets de los proyectos asignados.
