Administrative Coordinator
Full-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $25-$29/hour
Aero-Graphics is a privately owned, full service geospatial services company located in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. Aero-Graphics supplies comprehensive geospatial mapping products to customers throughout the United States. As an industry leader, Aero-Graphics specializes in high-quality digital mapping delivered on schedule at competitive prices. We continue to make a concerted effort to remain at the forefront of mapping technology, thus providing customers with the best possible results.
We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator who enjoys being the steady, reliable hub of a busy office environment. This is a highly visible, in-office role that requires a consistent at-desk presence to support daily operations, leadership, employees, vendors, and visitors throughout the workday.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily office operations and provide front-line administrative support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, events, and catering
  • Serve as a central point of contact for calls, emails, mail, vendors, and visitors
  • Support leadership with reports, presentations, scheduling, and communication
  • Maintain records, bill our customers, and track receivables
  • Help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 years of progressive administrative or office management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience supporting executive or C-suite leadership
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working on-site daily in a collaborative office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and current office software
Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders
  • Experience in growing or fast-paced organizations
Considerations:
  • Pay range $25-$29/hr. depending on experience
