Job description

Do you enjoy transforming raw information into critical reports used to understand intelligence issues within the United States and abroad? Can your mind work quickly and efficiently to analyze complex situations under pressure? Do you have an aptitude for identifying intelligence gaps, evaluating information from multiple sources, monitoring trends and interpreting events related to countries or issues? If so, work among best-in-class professionals on the front lines of the nation's defense. Railhead Inc. is currently seeking Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior All-Source & Targeting Analysts, CI HUMINT Specialists, and ISR Collection Managers to support the CENTCOM J2 Joint Intelligence Center. The selected candidates must possess a current Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph.
This position is to support the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through the analysis of All Source intelligence. Your fused analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision making of senior leaders to include the CENTCOM Commander. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by our leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee is responsible for conducting Intelligence analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies ODNI analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team's mission. The employee shall provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the Joint Intelligence Center, to include, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas; Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination - Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle.
