Job Description
Delivers in resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course documents. Uses instructional methods such as, guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Uses instructional technology, including but not limited to Blackboard. Conducts assessment strategy in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, and grading. Provides formal and informal student feedback. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff. Relevant instructional experience includes, but is not limited to, experience developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations.

Minimum Requirements
TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum Instructional Experience:
2 years relevant experience
Minimum SME Experience:
6 years relevant experience
Possess a working knowledge of the application of GIS and analysis of geospatial data to solve intelligence problems and to create cartographic products
Possess a working knowledge of the application of GIS and geospatial technologies throughout the DoD and IC.
Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of the principles and applications of imagery interpretation, digital image processing systems, collections, and sensor phenomenology.
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of ESRI GIS software and extensions and DoD, Federal, and Commercial data sources, standards, and models.
Possess excellent writing and briefing skills as it relates to the communication of GEOINT.
Desired Experience:
Documented ability to use the Blackboard learning management system and familiarity with the latest educational technologies (e.g., KZO, Adobe Connect, Captivate)
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated familiarity with the elements of critical thinking and structured analytic techniques
