AI Product Manager
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products that solve real business problems and create measurable value for customers.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, data science, and user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing investments, and working closely with engineering and AI teams to bring innovative solutions to market. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven products while balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
• Identify opportunities where AI and Generative AI can improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, or create new revenue streams.
• Partner with business leaders and customers to understand challenges and convert them into product opportunities.
• Build business cases, value propositions, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Product Development & Delivery
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and UX teams throughout the development process.
• Define MVPs and drive iterative product releases based on customer feedback and business outcomes.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
AI & Data Collaboration
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to define model requirements, training approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Understand AI capabilities and limitations and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI solutions, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines where appropriate.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, progress updates, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align priorities.
Governance & Responsible AI
• Ensure AI products comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Advocate for ethical and responsible AI practices, including explainability, transparency, fairness, and risk management.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Digital Product Development.
• 3+ years of experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Salary Range- $95,000-$100,000 a year
