Role Summary
We are seeking an AI Product Manager focused on transforming customer and employee workflows through AI-enabled products. This role requires strong customer engagement, product thinking, project execution, and the ability to independently turn ambiguous business problems into valuable user experiences. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and workflows.
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into product requirements and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Define product success metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, usability, and business
  • value.
  • Own the product roadmap, backlog, execution plan, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver solutions.
  • Proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive work forward with limited oversight.
  • Manage delivery activities, dependencies, risks, and priorities in the absence of a dedicated project
  • manager.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product management, customer experience, business analysis, or product delivery.
  • Working knowledge of AI products, generative AI, machine learning, RAG, and AI agents.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, user research, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience defining and measuring the success of AI-enabled products.
  • Automotive industry or automotive workflow experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving product development environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and capable of independently driving outcomes.
