Job description

We are seeking a Senior Socio-Cultural Analyst (Farsi) with an active TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
In this role, you will:
  • Perform as a language specialist at the native level providing accurate reading, writing, speaking skills, as well as provide cultural understanding regarding geopolitical, economic and social issues.
  • Provide accurate, translations of transcripts, video and audio sources, from the target language to English and vice versa while preserving the original meaning and intent of the original source.
  • Devise and advise new methods of target language research and exploitation of information and determine the most effective methods for presenting and disseminating the information.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Possess Native Level proficiency in the Farsi language. “Native level” is defined as first/second generation speaking ability to understand current vernacular, colloquialisms, and terminology (Proficiency level of 4 required in speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
