- Experience analyzing market trends, commodity pricing, supply and demand fundamentals, tariffs, inflation, supplier risk, geopolitical developments, and supply chain disruptions to support sourcing and business decisions.
- Knowledge and practical application of market intelligence platforms such as Wood Mackenzie, Gartner, ProcurementIQ, Simfoni, S&P Global, Bloomberg, Fastmarkets, Argus, CRU Group, or similar tools to support market research, forecasting, benchmarking, category strategy development, and supplier risk assessments.
- Experience developing market outlooks, demand forecasts, supply-demand assessments, scenario analyses, risk assessments, and business recommendations to identify cost, supply, and sourcing opportunities and risks.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform large and complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI; strong SQL skills required; Python experience preferred.
