Build your resume! ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) has an opportunity for a Geophysical summer 2026 intern or temporary to full-time employee within commuting distance of Greensboro, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with an interest in exploring a career path in Geophysics or a related field!

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Geophysics, Geology, or a related program of study.
  • Applicant must have a strong desire to learn and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions, including on steep slopes and overwater in a boat.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and repetitively swing a sledgehammer weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the companyโ€™s driving (MVR) policy.
