Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related due diligence activities

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field

  • Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects and/or leading small teams

  • Familiarity with Brownfields sites and redevelopment projects

  • Experience working with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick-turnaround transactions

  • Experience with complex industrial or commercial properties
