Location: MacDill AFB - Tampa, FL (CONUS/OCONUS support as required) Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Employment Type: Full Time Hourly Status: Actively Hiring Overview Join our team as a Knowledge Manager for the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) . This critical role provides situational awareness, monitors threats across all domains, and ensures actionable intelligence is available to the Commander, staff, and deployed forces. The ideal candidate will have strong all-source analytic skills, expertise in SIGINT, OPIR, and GEOINT, and experience managing CIP tools and policies. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the CIP using FADE Mist, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox, Intelbook, Maven Smart System, and Chatsurfer. • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and Object-Based Production (OBP). • Track threats in air, land, sea, and space domains within the USCENTCOM AOR. • Integrate intelligence into the Commander's COP to support operational decision-making. • Develop and enforce NRT alert criteria for active threat streams. • Support CIP policy development and Object Management Services for theater components. • Mentor junior analysts and provide analytical guidance. • Deploy as needed to support operational requirements. Qualifications: • U.S. citizen • TS/SCI clearance , SSBI, and favorable CI polygraph. • Experience in all-source intelligence analysis, SIGINT, OPIR, and GEOINT. • Proficiency with CIP management tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Willingness to deploy to CONUS/OCONUS operational environments. Preferred: • Experience in a Combatant Command or Joint Intelligence Operations Center. • Familiarity with CIP policy development and COP integration.
