Imagery Analyst — Mid-Level, Senior, and Expert

We are seeking Imagery Analysts at the Mid-Level, Senior, and Expert levels to support all-source analytic production. Candidates will interpret imagery, including visible, infrared, radar data, and full motion video, to identify foreign conventional and unconventional military installations, civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities, weapon systems, orders of battle, military equipment and defenses, battle damage assessments, communications, and humanitarian efforts. Required Education and Experience Mid-Level Imagery Analyst * BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; or
* High school diploma/GED with specialized training and at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience Senior Imagery Analyst * MA/MS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and 6 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; or
* BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; or
* High school diploma/GED with specialized training and at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience Expert Imagery Analyst * Doctoral degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and 5 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; or
* MA/MS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; or
* BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field and at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including 8 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience Required Qualifications * Must possess strong written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
* Experience researching, developing, and delivering professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
* Experience with intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination
* Knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations
* Experience with tradecraft, publication, working groups, and coordination across intelligence communities
* Ability to assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports
* Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, metrics, metadata management, data modeling, and design
* Current/active TS/SCI clearance For Expert-level candidates, additional qualifications include: * Relevant specialized experience in space-based GEOINT
* Expert knowledge of U.S. Government and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes
* Expert knowledge of GEOINT software such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
* Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
* Experience conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
* Experience with object-based production, structured observation management, activity-based intelligence, and analytic modeling
* Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts, Intelligence Community partners, and DoD stakeholders Desired Qualifications * GEOINT Professional Certification, such as GPC-F, GPC-II, GPC-IA-II, GPC-GA-II, or GPC-IS-II
* Specialized training from an intelligence collection and analysis school
* Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT
* Experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments
* Experience with commercial visualization software
* Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical software, such as SPSS, SAS, or MATLAB
