The RSM position is an outside sales position where the RSM is responsible for managing all aspects of a defined geographic sales territory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to increase sales. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries' most demanding challenges. They sell solutions and services that work, they don't take sales orders. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Sales Manager will have ownership of a defined geographic territory. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage manufacturer representative sales force
  • Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 50% - 75% travel
  • Implement and execute the national sales strategy
  • Identify potential end-users account, secure product specification and drive sales through distribution
  • Lead product training for partners
  • Joint sales calls with distributor partners

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or significant industry experience
  • Metal product experience
  • Mechanically inclined - willing to work in industrial settings
  • 2-5 years outside industrial sales
