Job description

At Mixers Gentlemen's Club, located in the heart of Northfield, Ohio, we pride ourselves on providing an upscale and entertaining experience for our guests. Our venue is well-regarded for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and dedicated team of professionals.

We are currently seeking a reliable and highly skilled Floor Host for our Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. The Floor Host acts as a liaison between customers and staff, ensuring that the club operates smoothly and safely.

Requirements

Welcoming guests and presenting the clubs offerings and specials. Engaging with guests to make sure they have a top level experience. Checking IDs, and ensuring compliance with age restrictions.

Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Keeping an eye on the floor for any signs of inappropriate behavior and intervening as necessary to maintain a safe environment.

Previous experience in hospitality and security, or customer service is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
