Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your work-life balance while maintaining strong connections with our clients. Your primary hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring structured support for our clients during their most critical times. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate individual clients' mental health requirements and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic interventions to support effective treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all clients.
  • Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient data.
