Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our Dahl CDJR service team in Rhinelander, WI as an Assistant Service Advisor! You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests, and assist the Service Advisors and Service Manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks. You will work alongside the Service Advisors to learn their role so that you are able to move into the Service Advisor position in the future, and grow your career with a well-established business. We will train you so you can achieve your goals! This is a Monday-Friday position.
 
Responsibilities
  • Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments.
  • Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments. 
  • Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
  • Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
  • Utilize online system daily.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to stay on task and work independently 
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving history
