Lead Generator Installer

Precision Today

Build the Systems That Keep Families Powered When the Grid Goes Down

Some people install equipment. You build peace of mind.

At Precision Today, we're looking for a Lead Generator Installer who can take charge of installation projects, lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and deliver work they're proud to put their name on.

Whether you're an experienced generator installer, residential electrician, service electrician, or a talented trades professional ready to learn the generator business, we want to talk to you. If your favorite words are "I've got it" and "Let's figure it out," you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing-

You'll lead the installation of residential standby generators and related electrical equipment from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor apprentice installers and helpers.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
  • Take pride in delivering a clean, professional finished product.

Who Thrives Here?

The technicians who succeed on our team are the ones who:

  • Take ownership
  • Solve problems instead of creating them
  • Enjoy working outdoors and in the field
  • Can lead a crew without acting like a tyrant
  • Want to keep learning and improving
  • Care about quality workmanship
  • Like seeing the results of a hard day's work

  • Service Electrician
  • Electrical Foreman
  • Apprentice Electrician ready for the next step

Generator experience is a huge plus, but if you're an electrician who's eager to learn, we'll teach you the generator side of the business.

What We Offer-

Tools to Win:

  • Fully stocked company vehicle
  • Company tablet and phone
  • Company uniforms
  • Professional training
  • Industry-leading products
  • Strong team support

Benefits-

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Overtime opportunities
  • PTO after 90 days
  • Paid holidays
  • Weekly pay
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Tuition assistance
  • Employee referral bonuses
  • Year-round work
  • Advancement opportunities

Qualifications-

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Experience leading installation projects preferred
  • Electrical experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Commitment to safety and craftsmanship

Compensation- $150,000-$250,000 based on experience and performance Additional opportunities for overtime, leadership advancement, certifications, and career growth.

The Bottom Line-

When a storm hits and the lights go out, homeowners sleep better because of the work we do. That's not just another installation. That's work that matters.

If you're the kind of tradesperson who takes pride in doing things right, wants to lead from the front, and enjoys building something tangible every day, we'd love to have you on our team.

Join Precision Today. Build power. Lead crews. Be proud of what you install and apply today!
