Job Description:

Role Summary:
Crowe's Technology Advisory practice is seeking an AI-enabled technology advisor to help improve consulting delivery through the practical application of generative AI tools and automation. This role focuses on designing and implementing repeatable AI-driven workflows that enhance research, analysis, document creation, presentations, and knowledge management.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI user who combines strong analytical skills with experience leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to improve the efficiency and quality of consulting engagements.


This is not a data science or machine learning role. It is a consulting delivery role focused on applying existing AI technologies to solve business problems.


Key Responsibilities:
AI Workflow Development

  • Design and implement reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, document analysis, writing, presentations, and consulting deliverables.
  • Develop prompts, custom AI assistants, Claude Skills, templates, and workflow documentation.
  • Standardize successful approaches for use across consulting teams.

Consulting & Analysis

  • Analyze client documents, interview notes, spreadsheets, and other source materials.
  • Synthesize findings into executive-level recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.

AI Optimization & Knowledge Management

  • Evaluate and refine AI prompts, models, and workflows through structured testing.
  • Maintain libraries of prompts, templates, workflows, and best practices.
  • Support knowledge management across Notion, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

Automation & Collaboration

  • Explore automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, APIs, and low-code tools.
  • Partner with consulting teams to identify manual processes and implement AI-enabled improvements.
  • Measure workflow effectiveness through adoption, efficiency, and quality improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2-5+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, business technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience building custom GPTs, Claude Skills, prompt libraries, or AI agents.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with APIs, scripting, low-code development, or AI-assisted coding.
  • Background in technology consulting, professional services, ERP, business transformation, or IT advisory.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology, data & analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT operations.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,500.00 - $137,600.00 per year.
