To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Bachelors degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant Human Resources experience in lieu of Bachelors degree.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare and/or multi-site/multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
