* Pay Rate: $55.00/hr
* Duration: 6-Month Contract Make a difference in workplaces every day! As our HR Generalist, you'll be a trusted advisor, promote a respectful culture, and help resolve real workplace issues-where your expertise truly matters. Responsibilities * Be the go-to HR partner for employee concerns, conflict resolution, performance, and workplace culture.
* Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
* Advise leaders on corrective actions and promote positive working relationships.
* Monitor trends and proactively recommend ways to improve employee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
* Prepare clear, detailed documentation and investigation reports. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar field.
* 3-5 years' HR experience with strong focus in employee relations and investigations.
* Excellent knowledge of workplace laws, conflict resolution, and investigation practices.
* Strong communication, discretion, and analytical skills.
* Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive matters. Bonus Points For: * HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
* Experience in regulated industries or multi-location organizations
