Job description

Warehouse Forklift Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily logistics and material handling, supporting our manufacturing and foodservice distribution needs. Whether you have previous experience as a cashier, in delivery, or in shipping receiving, this position offers a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Working hours are currently 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include
  • Safely operate a Forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing freight within our shipping receiving department, ensuring all documentation and orders are accurate.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and general logistics support across the floor.
  • Handle order picking, packing, and staging for local delivery routes and regional shipments.
  • Collaborate with production teams to keep manufacturing lines supplied with raw materials and components.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety and foodservice standards.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment (or transferable skills from foodservice, retail cashier, or delivery roles).
  • Experience operating a Forklift (or a strong desire to be trained and certified).
  • Basic understanding of logistics and core shipping receiving processes.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a busy manufacturing atmosphere.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on workplace safety.
