General Warehouse Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary to Hire (Eligible for conversion after 400 hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Atlanta, GA. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and have experience operating warehouse equipment.

The successful candidate will assist with moving, loading, and organizing materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely move palletized materials throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Operate an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
  • Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Accurately read work instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Experience operating an electric pallet jack or similar material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
