NOW HIRING: Forklift Operators, Material Handlers & Production Team Members

Clackamas, OR | $19–$25.65/hr DOE | Multiple Shifts Available

Are you an experienced forklift operator or warehouse professional looking for a stable opportunity with great pay and consistent schedules? We are hiring dependable team members to join a growing manufacturing and production team in Clackamas, OR!

We have multiple openings available for Stand-Up Forklift Operators, Material Handlers, Production Technicians, and Sanitation Team Members.


Available Positions:

Stand-Up Forklift Operator

$21.00–$23.65/hr + $2/hr shift differential
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation


Forklift Operator

$21.00–$23.65/hr
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday


Forklift Operator

$21.00–$23.65/hr + $2/hr shift differential
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Friday


Material Handler

$21.00–$23.65/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday


⚙️ Production Technician

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation


Sanitation Technician

Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track products.
  • Supply materials to production teams.
  • Perform inventory movements and warehouse organization.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

✅ Stand-up forklift experience preferred
✅ Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
✅ Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong attendance and reliability
✅ Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
