General Practice Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medical practice, such as a doctor's office or clinic. They handle administrative tasks like scheduling, budgeting, managing staff, and ensuring that the practice complies with healthcare regulations. Their role is crucial in maintaining an efficient, patient-focused environment and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff. General Practice Managers also work to improve processes, implement new policies, and ensure high-quality patient care.
