We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a new Breakfast & Lunch concept in Gallatin, Tennessee, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing hospitality group with a strong focus on quality, people, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the culture, operations, and success of our new location. About the role as General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including team hiring and development, operations, guest experience, and financial performance. Because this is a new location, you will first train and work at our established Bowling Green, KY location to learn our systems, standards, and brand before transitioning to the Gallatin store once it is built and ready to open. What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or high-performing Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant (breakfast, brunch, or upscale casual preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Hands-on operator who leads by example
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
- Willingness to train and work in Bowling Green, KY for several months until the Gallatin location opens
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a breakfast & brunch environment
