The general manager will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests. Additionally, the general manager will play a crucial role in managing the restaurant's financial performance, focusing on both driving sales and controlling costs.


As the day-to-day operator of the restaurant, the general manager is expected to:

Monitor sales trends and adjust operational practices accordingly to maximize profitability.
