Job Description

The IT Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) issues during event day events, and assisting in IT projects from asset management, organization, and efficiency in between events, ensuring that they are aligned with the IT Lead for the venue who will also support department and company initiatives.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise and support Point of Sale (POS) technology operations throughout the stadium, including concessions, premium clubs, suites, bars, and portable locations.
    • Ensure POS terminals, payment devices, printers, scanners, and related equipment are operational and event-ready prior to gates opening.
    • Conduct pre-event system checks and coordinate the deployment, configuration, testing, and verification of POS equipment.
    • Provide immediate troubleshooting and technical support during NFL games, concerts, and other stadium events to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
    • Diagnose and resolve POS hardware, software, connectivity, payment processing, printer, and peripheral issues.
    • Monitor POS system performance and proactively identify potential equipment or system failures.
    • Escalate critical issues to internal IT teams, POS vendors, payment processors, or stadium technology partners as needed.
    • Support POS menu programming, item configuration, pricing updates, revenue center configuration, and terminal assignments.
    • Verify approved menu, pricing, tax, and payment configurations are accurately deployed.
    • Maintain inventory and accountability for POS terminals, payment devices, printers, tablets, networking equipment, and other technology assets.
    • Oversee the distribution and collection of portable or temporary POS equipment.
    • Document equipment failures, technical incidents, outages, and resolutions to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement.
    • Participate in POS upgrades, software deployments, system conversions, technology projects, and new equipment installations.
    • Maintain organized POS storage, repair, staging, and equipment preparation areas.
    • Perform other technology and operational duties as assigned.

    EVENT-DAY LEADERSHIP

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for POS technology support during stadium events.
    • Maintain a visible stadium presence and respond rapidly to critical POS issues.
    • Prioritize technical support based on operational impact, revenue risk, and guest service needs.
    • Communicate system status, outages, and resolution timelines to managers and operational leaders.
    • Manage multiple simultaneous technical issues in a high-volume stadium environment while remaining calm and solutions-focused.
    • Ensure unresolved event-day issues are documented, communicated, and assigned for follow-up.

Qualifications
  • Working towards or possess an associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1+ years of experience working with IT Systems, ideal candidate has experience with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Has experience working in a concessions/stadium environment (preferred)
  • Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work stadium/arena events while constantly on the move between properties

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
