Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Guest Experience Supervisor will assist in leading the Guest Experience teams during an event, including Ticket Takers, Ushers, and Guest Experience Representatives. Supervisors will provide a guest-friendly environment at Snapdragon Stadium.

This role pays an hourly rate of $23.62

This position will remain open until September 4, 2026.


  • Coordinates team member deployments
  • Schedules team member rest/meal periods and ensures they are taken at designated times.   
  • Monitor team member interactions with guests during events.
  • Assists in facilitating the department's pre-event briefings.            
  • Assist the Guest Experience team in resolving ticketing issues.
  • Assist in serving as an escalation point of contact for guest concerns.
  • Ensures lost & found items turned into Guest Services are logged, accurately inventoried, and returned to guests when claimed.
  • Ensures proper tracking of pre- & post-event ADA escorts.
  • Proactively provides excellent customer service to external and internal guests.
  • Ensure Guest Experience teams are assigned posts prior to doors opening to the public.
  • Compiles and submits incident reports to appropriate work groups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a stadium, arena, convention center, or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Maintain availability for at least 70% of all year-round events at Snapdragon Stadium.
