  • Drive measurable impact across:
    • EBITDA and cost performance
    • Safety and operational execution
    • Customer satisfaction and growth
  • Step into a role with high visibility and autonomy, partnering directly with executive leadership

You won't inherit a broken plant—you'll build on a strong foundation and take it to the next level.

What You'll Do

Lead the Business

  • Own plant performance across financial, operational, and customer metrics
  • Drive annual operating plans, forecasting, and performance reviews

Make timely, data-driven decisions that balance business needs and customer expectations

  • Partner with commercial teams on growth opportunities and new business

Serve as a visible leader with key customers

Why Revere?

  • People-first culture – Safety, engagement, and development matter here
  • Growth opportunity – Strong path to multi-site leadership
