What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example in client service, sales performance, and professionalism.
  • Create a welcoming, client-focused experience that supports loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean, polished, and professional salon environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.
  • Coach, train, and give feedback to improve team performance.
  • Help generate sales reports, monitor inventory, and support operational tasks.

Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time opportunity, and candidates should expect to work approximately 35โ€“45 hours per week, depending on hourly or salary status. Availability for nights, Saturdays, and Sundays is required to provide management coverage.

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Work independently and alone during some shifts as business needs require.
