The Hire Mark is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company seeking a hands-on General Manager to partner directly with ownership and lead day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of the organization and work closely with ownership to drive growth and execution across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing EV charging infrastructure company

  • Partner directly with ownership to execute strategic initiatives

  • Oversee project execution from development through completion

  • Manage and mentor operational leaders, including Project and Permit Managers

  • Recruit, hire, and develop additional leadership and operational staff

  • Build scalable systems, processes, and operational best practices
