about this team
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
core responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall office management of a DC facility and/or DC Campus
  • Oversees all mail receipts and distribution
  • Coordinates meetings by booking space and coordinating supplies
  • Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
  • Plans and executes employee engagement events for the DCs ex: holiday party, ordering food trucks, rewards, and recognition, etc.
  • Schedules travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Reviews manager expense claims for accuracy and adherence to policy
  • Prepares and processes invoices in the companies invoicing and expense system
  • Supports with budget tracking for the distribution center
  • Assists with tracking and informing Managers, P and C and Talent Acquisition on status of new hire in the applicant tracking system
  • Leads our DC Workforce Administrators and Office Coordinators, ensuring accurate and timely time keeping accuracy, reporting and billing for lululemon and agency workers
  • Responsible for all aspects of talent management for their direct reports including- Hiring, Training, performance management, rewards and recognition, offboarding, etc.
  • Champions and leads through lululemon's IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) initiatives and values
  • Will perform other duties as requested by the Director of the Distribution Center
qualifications
  • Two years of experience in clerical or administrative support duties preferred
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Excellent team player and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience leading direct reports desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the business both verbal and written
  • Extraordinary customer service, organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a growing changing environment
  • Competent within Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid drivers license
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and strong judgement

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$93,000 - $100,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
