Pay Rate:$17+ - depending on experience, skills, and abilities
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance of both facility and production equipment. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations by keeping machines running smoothly and the facility in top condition. Ideal for someone mechanically inclined and looking to grow with a stable company.
 
This is the ideal position for someone with mechanical aptitude with maintenance experience in a low-stress environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the general maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Assist with building maintenance including emptying bins, moving material, etc
  • Support preventive maintenance and help diagnose basic mechanical issues
  • Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
  • Record maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures
  • Work with Maintenance Technicians and Production staff to reduce downtime
Qualifications:
  • Experience with general maintenance or mechanical work preferred
  • Able to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking 
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Forklift experience a huge plus
