Location: West Phoenix, AZ (35th Ave & Buckeye Rd)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5am to 3pm

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join our team ASAP at a busy commercial modular building warehouse and yard in West Phoenix. This role supports the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings through material handling, site cleanup, production support, and general labor duties. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist skilled tradesmen with construction and modular building projects
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
  • Assist with framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and finishing tasks as directed
  • Remove debris and perform daily site cleanup
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
  • Support production schedules and meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and basic power tools
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
