Job description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Construction / Concrete & Snow Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving general construction, concrete work, and snow removal throughout the year.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with concrete installation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
  • Perform general construction and labor duties
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare and maintain job sites
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Assist with excavation, grading, demolition, and site preparation
  • Perform snow removal, shoveling, salting, plowing, and winter maintenance
  • Operate snow-removal equipment when qualified
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous construction, concrete, landscaping, or snow-removal experience preferred but not required
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • CDL, equipment operation, or concrete experience is a plus
  • Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Schedule

Work is primarily Monday–Friday, with additional hours as needed. Snow removal requires flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and storm-related call-ins.
