Since 1961 Huron Valley Steel Corporation has been a technological leader in the recycling industry. Long before recycling became a global concern, Huron Valley Steel was researching and developing systems to increase metal recovery and reduce waste stream volumes.

Each year Huron Valley Steel processes close to a billion pounds of material from automobile shredder operators. The metals recovered include aluminum, copper, brass, zinc and stainless steel.
General Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 03:00am to 11:00pm)
Steel Pickers - Hand Sorting
- You are required to be available 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
- You will be working outside (hot, cold and dusty environment)
- General Labor
- You will be working in an area that is NOT air conditioned
- You will be separating metals on a conveyor belt by hand- area will exposed to the environment
- Hand sorting metal
- Requires to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel toes boots required
