Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare work sites by cleaning and levelling surfaces after installation.
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with project specifications, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Installation and repair of geomembrane liners and geosynthetic materials.
  • Assist with filling, lifting, and placing sandbags during installation.
  • Remove excess insulating material and assist in quality control checks to ensure proper sealing and placement of geomembranes.
  • Operate hand and power tools to cut, weld, and secure materials.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform other construction-related tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be willing and able to perform physical job duties for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Asset

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset but not required.
  • Experience operating hand and power tools is preferred.
