Slice House by Tony Gemignani is seeking dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Members to join our growing restaurant team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality food and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Back of House Team Members may assist in a variety of kitchen functions, including food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and general kitchen support. Team members will be assigned duties based on business needs and experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Kitchen Support
  • Prepare food items according to company recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with cooking, assembling, and plating menu items as assigned.
  • Maintain proper portioning and presentation standards.
  • Stock and replenish ingredients, supplies, and kitchen stations throughout the shift.
Dishwashing & Sanitation
  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks including floors, workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Ensure all sanitation and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
