Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to identify their professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Talent Management Intern will directly assist the Learning and Development Department with a wide range of projects related to curriculum development, tracking, data capturing and reporting, needs assessments, and program assistance. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of Talent, L&D, or HR.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists with the design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning, and other ongoing projects.

  • Assist with the design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.

  • Conduct research and analysis on talent management trends, best practices, benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.

  • Assess employee development needs and define appropriate resources and processes to support learning, including capturing data and trends.

  • Provide admin support to the L&D team as needed.

  • Support report development in talent and learning trends to provide reporting that drives future learning and talent offerings.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field

  • Ability to manage deadlines

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize
