The Supply Chain Management Department is a key enabler of our hospital operations across the system. Through our integrated teams Strategic Sourcing & Contract Administration, Supply Chain Operations, Value Analysis, and Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS) we collaborate to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of the right products and services, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to quality, affordability, and improved patient outcomes.

Role Overview – Supply Chain Information Systems Analyst
Under general direction of the Supervisor for Supply Chain Informatics, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for implementation, enhancement and support of the Supply Chain Management Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) for LifeBridge Health. The Sr. Analyst will possess a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and various IT platforms as well as strong customer service and communication skills to provide ongoing support for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative duties as part of the IS support team.
  • Demonstrates ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet defined deadlines.
  • Continually improves technical competency by self-initiated study and completing appropriate courses, classes and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Communicates regularly with management regarding status of projects and outstanding issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Education:
    • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
