-Must have 3+ years of experience as a field foreman

-Must be organized and on time

-Must have a valid AZ state-issued license and a clean driving record

-Background check required

-Must provide 3 references

-Must have patience and the ability to guide new hires and other employees

-Must have strong knowledge of structural steel erection

-Must be safety oriented and agreeable to job site rules and supervisor instructions

-Must be willing to travel
