* Semiconductor processing (e.g., chemical mechanical planarization, nanotechnology)
* Energy & Environment (e.g., renewables, biofuels, electrical energy storage, CO2 sequestration/conversion, water treatment and membranes)
* Process Engineering (e.g., AI, optimization, process systems, plasma and electrochemistry)
