Job Summary:
Praxis Engineering is a global technology and professional services company specializing in mission solutions for cyber-related technologies. They are seeking a CNO Software Engineer to research, analyze, and develop high-quality operational software to meet mission requirements and enhance capabilities in Computer Network Operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Comply with organizationsโ€™ documented test and release process
โ€ข Examine and document ARM architecture and communicate behavior of objective systems to stakeholders and teammates
โ€ข Implement development in CI/CD methodology, utilizing GitLab for build/merges
โ€ข Analyze operational requirements and foundational platform integration requirements to design and derive capability functional and quality requirements Low-level debugging of software and system defects
โ€ข Design and implement software solutions capable of performing in resource restricted environments, typically in Objective C or C++ Write or review software and system documentation
โ€ข Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
โ€ข Clearly communicating in a team environment with fellow engineers, stakeholders, and customers
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess
โ€ข Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
โ€ข 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and projects of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
โ€ข 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelorโ€™s degree
โ€ข Key skills in: C++, Objective-C, ARM assembly (thumb, 32, 64), Python, Reverse Engineering via IDApro, Ghidra, etc.
โ€ข Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
โ€ข 15 + years of related experience
โ€ข US Citizenship Required
Preferred:
โ€ข Familiarity with Wifi standards and protocols a plus
