Why Join VPG?

  • Contribute to the improvement of company processes and best practices in construction.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing $2M+ projects (ground-up or major TI).
  • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong financial acumen: forecasting, cost tracking, and margin protection.
  • Expertise in reading plans, specs, and contract documentation.
  • Skilled communicator — able to speak confidently with clients, city officials, and field staff.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and focused on results.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience in retail, office, medical, or light industrial construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
