This is based in Tysons, VA. **Opportunity to get processed for a security clearance! Up to a TS/SCI** Essential Duties of thePhysical/Electronic Project Manager: * Lead security service projects from cradle to grave.
* Run day-to-day operations of a project.
* Identify change orders and ensuring effective resolution.
* Price, track and manage change orders.
* Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.
* Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications.
* Research and compile submittals; pricing change orders and prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimate
Qualifications of thePhysical/Electronic Project Manager: * 5+ years of experience in physical or electronic systems (intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems) * Prior experience in the engineering/design of such systems
* Experience working on construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $10M.
* Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
* Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.
Compensation for thePhysical/Electronic Project Manager: * $100,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
